Buffalo’s newest apartment complex, Air Buffalo, has reached completion. The six-story, 154 unit residential development by DMG Investments saw all of its residents move in November 2022.The new residential community features amenities including an indoor pool, jacuzzi, smart package room, private parking, fitness center, fire pits, resident lounge and more.
The completion of Air Buffalo marks DMG Investments’ second project in Buffalo following its Auden Buffalo development. Air Buffalo is an Official Partner of UB Athletics and a number of university athletes and coaches call the development home.
